Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in are subject to supplier policy and could be considered as No Show. No refunds will be given in this case.
If you have decided to cancel your reservation or need to re-schedule, please call our 24 hours reservations
- All tour and hotel reservations cancellations must be made 15-days prior to the travel date to receive a refund minus 15% administrative cost and transfer
- Any cancellation within a 5-day period of the scheduled tour date is subject to a $50 cancellation fee per person
- You may re-schedule based on availability, 48-hours notice is required
- No refund will be issued if you cancel a re-scheduled tour and hotel reservations
- There will be 100% charge for No Show
We recommends that our participants purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against financial loss in the case of personal emergency or other unforeseen events. |
